 FY 2022 COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG) ANNUAL ACTION PLAN

Draft

The City of Frederick, Department of Housing and Human Services, has prepared a Draft Annual Action Plan for FY 2022 pursuant to U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), 24 CFR Part 91. The Annual Action Plan describes the projects and activities that the City will undertake with CDBG funds during the grant year July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2023.

The Draft FY 2022 Annual Action Plan will be on public display from Friday, July 1, 2022 through Wednesday, August 3, 2022 at the following locations: City Hall, 101 N. Court Street; Department of Housing and Human Services, 100 South Market Street, and in the below link. Please send written comments or questions to Ruth Waxter, Assistant Director of Housing, by mail to 100 South Market Street, Frederick, MD 21701 or by email at rwaxter@cityoffrederickmd.gov. The deadline to submit written comments is 5 p.m. on August 2, 2022.

Public Comment

The Mayor and Board of Aldermen will receive public comment on the Draft FY 2022 Annual Action Plan at their workshop on Wednesday, August 3, 2022 at 3 p.m. at City Hall. Final approval of the Plan is scheduled for Thursday, August 4, 2022 at 7 p.m. at City Hall. All are welcome to attend and comment.
