Duties

• Sit as a board of arbitration with respect to any disputes that arise involving an interpretation of provisions of the building code or the regulations promulgated thereunder
• Hear appeals of actions of the code official as set forth in section 5-25 of the City Code
• Hear appeals of notices of violation as provided in any other provision of the City Code
