INCIDENT/ INFORMATION:
On Thursday November 24, 2011 at approximately 1951 hours officers of the Frederick Police Department responded to the 500 block of Sage Hen Way for the report of an armed robbery that had just occurred. Upon arrival officers discovered that a black male accosted a male as he arrived home. The black male displayed a handgun and took a bag from the victim. The black male then fled the scene in an unknown vehicle. The suspect is described as a thin black male in his early 20’s. The suspect was approximately 5’8” in height and was wearing a black baseball cap. The victim was not injured during the incident. This case is actively being investigated by the Frederick Police Department’s Criminal Investigations Division.
