Chief Kim C. Dine announces the graduation of Captain Kevin V. Grubb from the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s Maryland Excellence in Leadership Course.
Chief Kim C. Dine is pleased to announce the graduation of Captain Kevin V. Grubb from the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s Maryland Excellence in Leadership Course. The Maryland Police and Correctional Training Commission in conjunction with the Federal Bureau of Investigations presented its Maryland Excellence in Leadership Program at the Public Safety Education and Training Center in Sykesville Maryland. The Maryland Excellence in Leadership Program is training designed to enhance the skills of leaders. The topics, selected by the Maryland Chiefs of Police and the Maryland Sheriff’s Association include Ethics in Leadership, Motivation, Influencing and Developing Others and Leadership Models. These courses are instructed by FBI National Academy Instructors. Captain Grubb, one of the Frederick Police Department’s two captains or deputy chiefs, is a twenty-four year veteran of the Frederick Police Department.
Chief Dine congratulated Captain Grubb on his completion of this outstanding training which continues the Frederick Police Department’s strategic planning efforts which include constantly seeking out and enhancing training efforts for all FPD personnel at all levels within the agency.
