Frederick Police Department detectives arrest three people in armed robbery incident...
On Thursday 11/08/2012, at approximately 2237 hours, the Frederick Police Department responded to the 7-11 Convenience Store located at 1042 W. Patrick St. for an armed robbery. Upon arrival, officers discovered the store was robbed at gunpoint by two males, and an undisclosed amount of money had been taken. The suspects fled on foot from the business.
Detectives with the Frederick Police Department’s Criminal Investigation Division conducted the investigation and located several suspects at Beckley’s Motel while working in conjunction with the Frederick County Sheriff’s Office PACE Team.
The arrestees in the case were identified as:
1. Bowie, Jayqwan Laterrance (B/M, 2-17-1991)
Charged with:
• Armed Robbery
• Robbery
• Conspiracy to commit armed robbery
• Conspiracy to commit first degree assault
• 2nd degree assault
• Theft under $1,000
2. Maxwell, David Emmanuel (B/M, 7-12-1987)
Charged with:
• Armed Robbery
• Robbery
• Conspiracy to commit armed robbery
• 1st degree assault
• Conspiracy to commit first degree assault
• 2nd degree assault
• Theft under $1,000
3. Harding, Heather Mary (W/F, 6-29-1985)
Charged with:
• Theft under $1000
• Accomplice after the fact
All three arrestees were transported to FCADC.
