[ARCHIVED] Traffic stop leads to two arrests

On 1/4/13 at about 10:30PM, officers of the Drug Enforcement Unit were surveilling the Madison St area when they observed numerous people entering several cars and leaving the area all at once. One of the cars failed to illuminate its headlights and was stopped. The driver was found to have a suspended MD driver's license, and the passenger was in possession of marijuana and paraphernalia. The driver was cited and released on-scene. The passenger was processed at FPD and released with a citation.
