On today's date the Frederick Police Department arrested an individual for possessing a fraudulent social security card at the Motor Vehicle Administration.
On Tuesday January 8, 2013 at approximately 1032 hours Officers of the Frederick Police Department responded to the Maryland Motor Vehicle Administration on Bowmans Farm Road for the report of a fraud. Upon arrival OFC Gunder made contact with staff at the Motor Vehicle Administration, who advised that there was a subject inside trying to obtain a Maryland Identification Card utilizing what was determined to be a fraudulent Social Security Card. OFC Gunder was able to obtain the fraudulent card and placed the subject, who was later identified as Lopez, Pablo Jose (H/M/1-15-1984). Lopez was transported to central booking where he was awaiting a hearing before a District Court Commissioner. The arrestee’s information and charges are as follows:

1) Possess a fraudulently altered Government Identification card
