Frederick Police Department detectives make arrest in shots fired case...
On 12/08/2012, at approximately 0122 hours, Frederick Police Department Patrol Division officers responded to the 100 block of W. All Saints St. for a report of gunshots. Upon arrival, officers discovered several spent shell casings that confirmed the incident. On 12/09/2012, Det. Mike Morgan was assigned as the lead investigator on a home invasion/rape case on W. South St. During the investigation of that case, Det. Morgan developed information that the same suspect was the one involved in the shots fired incident on W. All Saints St. the night before. Det. Morgan also determined the case on W. All Saints St. was an isolated event between two rival groups that had been fighting. The shots fired case remains open and ongoing, and additional charges may occur in the future. The arrestee in the shots fired case is identified as Perry Eugene Lee of the 13000 Block of Ansel Terrace in Germantown, MD. He is charged with:
• Reckless endangerment
• Discharge of firearm within City limit
• Dangerous weapon-concealment
