On 1-25-13, at approximately 6:56 AM, members of the Frederick Police Dept's Drug Enforcement Unit served a search and seizure warrant at 509 Lancaster PL, Frederick, MD 21703. During the search warrant officers observed Brandon Deon Muse throwing marijuana from a 2nd floor rear window. Upon searching the residence additional marijuana and US currency were found in Brandon Muse's bedroom.
Brandon Muse was arrested and taken to the Frederick County Adult Detention Center for processing.
