On today's date officers of the Frederick Police Department arrested a subject for throwing a chair through a window of a restaurant on East Patrick Street
On Sunday January 27, 2013 at approximately 1944 hours officers of the Frederick Police Department responded to the 1st block of East Patrick Street for the report of an individual who had thrown a chair through the front window of a restaurant. The subject pretended to be deaf and asked to use the bathroom. When the owner came back out he found the subject soliciting his customers for money. The owner told the man to leave. Once outside the man grabbed a chair and threw it through the window. The owner of the restaurant followed the subject who ran. The owner lost sight of the male in the 100 block of East All Saints Street. Officers located a subject, later identified as Arrowood, Corbit Harry (W/M/7-29-1974) hiding behind the Community Action Agency. The owner responded and identified Arrowood as the subject who threw the chair through the window. Arrowood was subsequently arrested by OFC Bednar and transported to central booking where he was awaiting a hearing before a District Court Commissioner. The arrestee’s information and charges are as follows:
