On 02/22/2012 at approximately 2239 hours, officers of the Frederick Police Department were conducting plain clothes patrols in the area of W. 7th St. and Taney Ave. A vehicle was identified as possibly being involved in criminal activity in the area and officers followed the vehicle and initiated a traffic stop once a violation was observed in the area of Rt. 15 and Motter Ave. The vehicle eventually stopped in the area of W. 14th St. and Neidig Ave. Upon approaching the vehicle officers immediately detected the odor of PCP coming from the vehicle and the driver/sole occupant. The driver was placed under arrest and is identified as the below listed arrestee. The vehicle was searched incident to the arrest and a quantity of suspected PCP was located. The arrestee was transported to Frederick County Central Booking where she was charged with possession of PCP and had a hearing before the District Court Commissioner. She was held on a $3500 bond.
