[ARCHIVED] Traffic stop leads to arrest for suspected PCP

On 03/01/13 at approximately 1059 hours Officer Meyer was on routine patrol when he observed MD tag 6AF6024 fail to stop behind the stop line. A traffic stop was initiated on the vehicle and when the Officer approached the driver side window he could smell an odor of suspected PCP coming from the vehicle. The driver was placed under arrest. A cigarette box was located in the vehicle that contained a cigarette that had been dipped in suspected PCP. The driver was transported to central booking for processing.
