2011 Annual Leaf Collection Campaign Update
Frederick, MD -- The City of Frederick Department Annual Leaf Collection Campaign will continue through Thursday, December 22, 2011. The last date for residents to set leaves out for collection is Sunday, December 18, 2011.
Please note: The schedule will depend upon leaf volume and weather conditions. There is no “set” days or times schedule for specific areas, but leaves will be collected in all areas at least 3 times throughout this period.
Residents and property owners that have a storm drain in front of their property are asked to keep the drain area clear of leaves. This will help reduce the chances of water backing up on City streets.
