FY14 Budget Workshop Scheduled for April 10th

Frederick, MD – The second Budget Workshop for The City of Frederick will be held on Wednesday, April 10th at 7:00 PM in the Municipal Annex Building located at 140 West Patrick Street. The FY14 Proposed Budget for the Department of Public Works will be presented. Citizens are encouraged to attend and public comment is welcomed.

A link to the “FY14 Mayor’s Proposed Budget” is posted on The City of Frederick website on the left side of the homepage at www.cityoffrederick.com. In addition, a link titled “FY14 Budget Feedback” that allows for citizen’s comments and questions is also available on the homepage.

All Workshop meeting are televised live on City Cable Channel 99 and streamed on the City website via Granicus by clicking on “Watch Meetings and Videos” on the homepage.

The FY14 Budget is schedule for adoption and the tax rate set at the Thursday, May 16, 2013 Mayor and Board of Aldermen Public meeting.
