The Frederick Police Department and The Department of Fire and Rescue Services are repsonding to a suspicous incident at the Frederick County Department of Social Services Building (Schaefer Building) located at 100 East All Saints Street. The following roads are closed while the suspusious incident is being investigated: Carroll St. & East St. between South St. & Patrick Street.
There will be a press staging area at the Painted Bridge on Carroll Street.
