[ARCHIVED] The City of Frederick Police Department’s Drug Enforcement Unit makes 2 arrests

On 08-08-2013, members of The City of Frederick Police Department’s Drug Enforcement Unit responded to 123 East 8th St Apt #109, in reference to a drug complaint from a concerned citizen. Upon arriving officers made contact with several subjects in the apartment. While in the apartment officers located a quantity of marijuana that was indicative of sales.

The renter of the apartment was identified as Andre Thomas Redden. Redden was arrested and transported to the Frederick County Adult Detention Center for processing. He was charged with possession of marijuana. possession of paraphernalia, and possession with the intent to distribute marijuana.

Another occupant of the apartment, Robert Paige Moyer, was issued a criminal citation for possession of marijuana and released.
