On 09/06/13 at approximately 0054 hrs. Sgt. J Brown of the Frederick Police Department conducted a traffic stop, in the 100 Blk of East Patrick Street, for vehicle traveling the wrong way.
On 09/06/13 at approximately 0054 hrs. Sgt. J Brown of the Frederick Police Department conducted a traffic stop, in the 100 Blk of East Patrick Street, for vehicle traveling the wrong way. After stopping the vehicle, Sgt. J Brown identified the driver as Anne Brent McConnell. After obtaining all of McConnell’s information, a check of her driving record revealed her Maryland driving privilege was currently suspended. McConnell was then placed under arrest and transported to the Frederick County Adult Detention Center Central Booking. Once there and after being searched, suspected heroin was recovered from McConnell person.
