The Frederick Police Department is requesting assistance in locating a missing juvenile from the Frederick area.
The missing person is identified as Nakia Katherina Phillips, and is believed to have run away. She is described as a black female, 14 years of age, approximately 5’0” in height and 100 pounds in weight. Phillips has brown eyes and was last observed having long brown hair. Phillips was last seen in the Frederick, MD area on 12/04/2013 at 7 AM. Based on information received during this investigation, it is believed Phillips is still in the Frederick area.
Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Phillips is asked to call the Frederick Police Department at 301-600-2100. Anonymous tips may be called into the Frederick Police Department’s tip line at 301-600-TIPS (8477).
