INCIDENT/ INFORMATION:
On 1/17/2012, at approximately 2130 hours, officers from the Frederick Police Department responded to the 300 block of Prospect Blvd., Fieldpointe Apartments, for a report of gunshots. Upon arrival, officers found evidence at the scene that shots had been fired, but a victim was not located. Based on the preliminary investigation, it is not believed that anyone was hit by the gunfire.
The investigation into this case is being conducted by the Frederick Police Department’s Criminal Investigation Division. Anyone with information about the case is asked to contact Det.
