INCIDENT/ INFORMATION; On 01-19-12 OFC. Wolf of FPD Patrol responded to a sex offense at the 7th Street Shopping Center. The female victim told OFC. Wolf that she was in the parking lot at approximately 1800 hrs. removing items from her vehicle when an unidentified male subject approached her from behind. The suspect rubbed her outer thigh and waist. When the victim turned to face the suspect he grabbed her by the throat, not to choke her, but to hold her there. He instructed her not to scream then turned and walked away. The suspect entered a diesel truck and drove from the scene. He is described as a W/M wearing a carhart jacket and dirty construction/work boots.
