Tonight, the Frederick Police Department's Drug Enforcement Unit concluded a heroin distribution investigation with the arrest of the second of two suspects. Over a period of approximately two months, undercover officers made purchases of heroin from two suspects, later identified as Alton Stone and Victor Reyes. DEU officers arrested Reyes on 5/21/14 and arrested Stone on 5/22/14. Both were charged with a variety of related drug charges as well as conspiracy charges.
Arrested: 1. Alton Joaquin Stone, 08/26/1984, 6000 block Sandpiper Ct, Frederick
2. Victor Rafael Reyes Jr, 12/06/1976, 4000 block Pintail Ct, Frederick
Charges for both: Distribution of Heroin x3, Possession with Intent to Distribute Heroin x3, Possession of Heroin x3, multiple conspiracy charges related to same.
