[ARCHIVED] Heroin Investigation Concludes with Arrest, 14-017961

During the months of March and April, the Frederick Police Department's Drug Enforcement Unit conducted several undercover purchases of heroin from various subjects. One of these subjects sold heroin to undercover officers on March 12 and March 13 and was shortly thereafter incarcerated in Pennsylvania on unrelated charges.

On 6-11-14, having learned this subject, identified as Vincent Philip Mazzie, was back in the Frederick area, officers responded to his last known address in the 5000 block of Ivywood Drive N and took him into custody.
