On 9/27/14 at approximately 9:00 am. Officers responded to the 400 blk of Hobnail Ct in reference to a breaking and entering call. Due to the immediate response from neighbors, Officers were provided a detailed description of the Hispanic male suspect and were able to set up a perimeter. Frederick County Sheriff's Office and their K9 unit assisted with a track through the area, however the suspect was not located.
The suspect is described as a Hispanic male approximately 20 years of age, 5ft 6inches, medium build and dark hair. The suspect is wearing a checkered pattern sweatshirt or jacket. The jacket is navy or black with white and he wore dark jeans.
