Officers of the Frederick Police Department responded to a stabbing, that occured in the area of Willowdale Park.
On 02/25/2012 at approximately 0411 hours, members of the Frederick Police Department responded to the area of Willowdale Park for a reported stabbing that had just occurred. Once the victim was located, officers discovered that he was suffering from minor injuries and called for EMS personnel to respond as well. The victim described his assailant as a tall white male wearing a black coat and facial hair. The assault occurred on the west end of the park near the Manor Apartments and Baker Place West. The victim was transported to FMH for treatment and later released. The follow up investigation is being conducted by the Criminal Investigation Division.
