[ARCHIVED] Police Arrest Female for Heroin and Paraphernalia (DPT) 15-052777

On 7/1/2015 Directed Patrol Officers were in the area of 100 S. East St. due to complaints of drug and alcohol use.

Officer located a suspicious male and female who were then contacted by another female identified as Michelle Travis Brice (DOB 2-28-87). Based on the Officers training and experience, the Officers recognized the incident as suspicious and possibly related to drug activity.

During the investigation, a consent search of Brice was conducted and resulted in Officers locating a hypodermic needle, and a burnt metal spoon with suspected heroin residue.

Brice was arrested and transported to FCADC.

Brice was charged with Possessing a controlled dangerous substance, Possessing a controlled paraphernalia and intent to use drug paraphernalia.
