[ARCHIVED] Warrant leads to Cocaine and Paraphernalia Charges (DPT 15-78522)

On September 24, 2015 at approximately 1:00 pm OFC Gunder was in the area of 400 W. South St. when he observed a known female. OFC Gunder requested a wanted persons check on Heather M. Toms which came back positive through Montgomery County Police.

Toms was taken into custody without incident. Search incident to arrest, a glass smoking device, a metal smoking device and a burnt metal spoon were located all of which contained suspected crack cocaine.

Toms was taken to the FCADC for processing.
