On 03-02-12, officers with the Frederick Police Department's Patrol Division arrest a motorist for driving Suspended and for being in possession of powder cocaine.
On today's date, 03-02-2012, at approximately 0852 hours Officer Gregware and OFC Kyle Jones with the Frederick Police Department's Patrol Division initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle for a minor traffic infraction in the area of Rt. 40 and Old Camp Rd. After stopping the vehicle, the officers' learned that the driver, Stephen Greenhill, was driving with a suspended driver's license. After placing him under arrest, Officer Gregware discovered that Mr. Greenhill was in possession of a small quantity of powder cocaine and a device used to inhale the powder cocaine. Mr. Greenhill was taken to Central Booking without incident, where he was taken before a District Court Commissioner for a Bond Hearing where he was released after posting ten percent of a set $5,000 bond.
