The Carmack Jay property (341 N. Market St.) is now a City monitored and metered parking lot. Customers will be able to pay using a multi-space parking meter machine located in the parking lot.

Carmack Jay Property Now City Monitored and Metered Parking Lot

Frederick, MD – The Carmack Jay property (341 N. Market St.) is now a City monitored and metered parking lot. Customers will be able to pay using a multi-space parking meter machine located in the parking lot. This additional parking lot will add to the available parking options for residents and visitors in the North-end of downtown. This public metered parking lot will be available until the building is leased.

The City will enforce parking at 341 N. Market Street Monday through Saturday from 9 am until 5 pm. Parking is $1 per hour. Parking in the lot is free after 5 pm and on Sundays.
