Day Shelter Open Due to Wind Chill Factor
Frederick MD – January 19, 2016 The Frederick Rescue Mission is opening a day shelter today in the Bread of Life Soup Kitchen located at 419 West South Street, Frederick.
The NWS has issued a Wind Chill Advisory for Frederick County until 12:00 PM today, January 19th. Wind Chill readings can range between 5 to 20 below zero.
