Package stolen from residential property leads to arrest.
On 03-15-12 at approximately 1226 hrs. Officers of the Frederick Police Department’s Patrol Division responded to a reported theft in the 500 blk. of Binford Ct. The complainant told officers she witnessed a B/M subject acting in a suspicious manner near her next door neighbor’s house. As she observed the subject, he walked to the front porch of the neighbor’s residence and removed a package that had been delivered earlier and ran out of the area. A thorough search of the area failed to locate the suspect, but resulted in the recovery of numerous items of evidence from the theft. The contents of the package were found to be valued at approximately $1,700.00.
Later in the day at approximately 1435 hrs. the witness called police and advised she was observing the subject from the earlier theft. She stated the suspect was getting on a school bus near her residence. The witness followed the bus while staying on the phone with FPD Dispatchers until units got to the area to make contact with the subject on the bus. Further investigation into the matter resulted in a positive ID of the subject on the bus as the perpetrator of the theft from Binford Ct. The suspect was taken into custody without incident and transported to Central Booking for charges and an initial appearance before the District Court Commissioner. The suspect is identified as:

Frazier is being charged with, Theft between $1,000-$10,000 and Theft less than $1,000. He has not had an initial appearance before the Commissioner at the time of this press release.
