At approximately 9:00 pm, 03/16/12, Frederick Police Officers Charity Hoxie and Sean Geiser were working a plain clothes detail in the area of Windsor Gardens Apartments, 1101 Key Parkway. While there, the officers approached several subjects, including the suspect, in a second floor hallway. As the officers approached, they smelled the odor of burning marihuana. OFC Hoxie contacted the suspect, identified as Jonathan C. BOND, who surrendered a marihuana cigarette. BOND was arrested and a search subsequent to arrest revealed an additional quantity of marihuana in BOND’s pocket. BOND was transported to the Frederick County Adult Detention Center where he was processed.
