On 4/8/12 the Frederick Police Department arrested two people for burglary.
On Sunday April 8, 2012 at approximately 2255 hours officers of the Frederick Police Department responded to the 1st block of West Church Street for a commercial alarm at the Temple Paul Mitchell. OFC Stephenson conducted an exterior check and noticed that one of the fire escapes had been pulled down. As officers climbed the fire escape to check the business, they located two subjects inside the building on the top floor. The subjects, later identified as Carson, Thomas Wilson (W/M/05-27-1993) and Liberto, Christopher James (W/M/06-18-1990), had entered through an unsecured window. Both subjects were placed under arrest without incident. A representative from the company responded and found nothing damaged/stolen. Carson and Liberto were transported to central booking where they were awaiting a hearing before a District Court Commissioner. Below are the arrestees’ information and respective charges:
