On 4-11-12, while on foot patrol along the Carrol Creek Linear Park, OFC Putman observed the arrestee, identified as DAILEY, riding a bicycle and stop in the area of the stone bridge. DAILEY removed a beer can from a paper bag and drank from it. It is unlawful to consume alcoholic beverages in a city park. DAILEY was arrested without incident and taken to Central Booking where he was charged under Frederick City code 15-26.
