A 19 year old Frederick man was arrested for possession of marihuana and paraphernalia at Hillcrest Park
At approximately 10:30 PM, 5/28/12, Officer Justin Thomas was on routine patrol of Hillcrest Park when he observed two suspicious men in the pavillion. When Officer Thomas approached the men, he observed Rosenberg, Matthew, W/M/ 04-15-1993, Bebe Ct., Frederick, stuffing a marihuana pipe into his backpack. Further investigaiton into the matter revealed that Rosenberg was also in possession of a quantity of marihuana. He was arrested and transported to the Frederick County Adult Detention Center.
