Frederick Police Seek Help Locating Missing Juvenile Male

FREDERICK, MD – On April 30, 2020, the Frederick Police Department took a missing person report in reference to Kenny James Martinez-Melara, a 14 year-old male.  The reporting person had last seen him in the area of the in 1200 block of Rutledge Place in Frederick on April 27.  Kenny James Martinez-Melara is approximately 5 feet, 7 inches tall and about 140 pounds.  He has brown eyes and black hair.

The Frederick Police Department is asking anyone with information about Mr. Martinez-Melara’s whereabouts to contact Detective Rebecca Skelly at 240-529-8844.  Those who wish to remain anonymous can contact the department by voicemail at 301-600-TIPS (8477), text message at 240-674-TIPS (8477), or by email fpdcrimetip@frederickmdpolice.org.
