On today's date, the Frederick Police Department arrested two suspects who were seen stealing items out of several vehicles.
On 06/09/2012 at approximately 5:15AM, officers from the Frederick Police Department responded to the area of of Wormans Mill subdivision for a theft in progress. Upon arrival into the area, Ofc. V. Brown located two subjects matching the description a witness had provided and detained them. A show up was conducted with the witness who gave a positive ID on the two suspects. One of the suspects was identified as Brandon Cochran of Walkersville. A juvenile out of Frederick was identified as the second suspect.
While questioning Cochran, they learned he had parked his vehicle nearby. After consent was obtained to search the vehicle, officers located several more items which appeared to be stolen inside, including a backpack and several GPS units. The juvenile was released to the custody of his parents with the charges being forwarded to the Department of Juvenile Justice.
Cochran was transported to Central Booking and charged with the following:
-Brandon J Cochran (W/M DOB 03-04-1994)
-Fulton Ave, Walkersville MD 21793
1) Rogue and Vagabond
2) Conspiracy to commit Rogue and Vagabond
3) Theft less than $1,000.
4) Theft less than $1,000.
5) Theft less than $100.
6) Conspiracy to commit theft less than $100.
