[ARCHIVED] Destruction of Property Arrest 12-36171

Subject Arrested for Damaging Bricks of Creek Linear Park

On 06/10/2012, an Officer with the Frederick Police Department was on routine foot patrol in the area of S Market St and the Carrol Creek Linear Project when he observed a subject writing on bricks in the area. The Officer approached the subject, later identified as Rory Elisha McAllister of Hagerstown, MD, and observed he was using a permanent marker to write foul language on the bricks. This damage was done on bricks that are part of the Linear Park. McAllister was taken into custody and transported to Central Booking without incident. He was charged with 1 count of Malicious Destruction of Property.
