[ARCHIVED] Virtual Public Meetings

Public meetings are beginning a phased return to in-person operations: 

  • Mayor and Board of Aldermen workshops and hearings have returned to in-person meetings with Planning Commission, Historic Preservation Commission and the Zoning Board of Appeals returning to in-person meetings beginning in August. Please note that the public is not permitted to attend the meeting live at this time. Public attendance will begin in September. 
  • Beginning in September, other boards and commissions will return to an in-person meeting schedule and the public will be permitted to join our boards and commission meetings in person.

How to view: 

How to provide comments and feedback:  

  • Via Phone: Call 301-600-1213. 
    • Comments will be limited to five minutes and offered during the public comment agenda item (per usual meeting protocols). 
    • Callers will be placed in a queue upon calling. 
  • Via Written Comment: eComment via Granicus
    • To e-comment, an account must be created - it takes only a few moments! 

Quasi-Judicial Meetings (Zoning Board of Appeals; Historic Preservation Commission;  Planning Commission)
