Item 1: Approval of the minutes from the meeting of April 17, 2012.
Item 2: Discussion from the North Amber Meadows HOA requesting additional street lighting at Northridge Lane and Springfield Lane.
Item 3: Discussion from Mike Tauraso owner of Black Hog located at 118 South Market Street requesting an exemption from Section 10-17. - Service level—Downtown commercial district (refuse collection and removal services for the Downtown Commercial District). Mr. Tauraso would prefer to use a private commercial trash hauler for his downtown business.
Item 4: Discussion of the John Hanson National Memorial - Wayfinding signage.
Item 5: Discussion of Market Square - Shearwater Lane Vacation and Abandonment.
