The City of Frederick Parks & Recreation Master Plan process is continuing and constituent feedback is requested! A City-wide survey is now open and will accept responses until June 13, 2021.

TAKE THE SURVEY

The results of this survey will aid the creation of a priority blueprint for where the Parks and Recreation infrastructure and program offerings can improve, how it can grow responsibly, and where gaps may exist. This survey is critical in helping to identify priorities based on community feedback.

This effort continues to the work of GreenPlay, LLC and RRC Associates on the City’s Parks and Recreation Master Plan: Essential Spaces. In addition to the City-wide survey, the consultants have conducted focus groups, extensive on-site park research, and sent 5,000 households a survey to ensure a statistically valid sample. After all community feedback is collected, GreenPlay will host additional community meetings and present its initial findings and recommendations.

Stay informed as the process continues at cityoffrederickmd.gov/parksmasterplan

NOTE: If you received a post-card from GreenPlay in the mail, please use your code to complete the survey in lieu of this open link. Thank you.
