The Frederick Police Department is seeking assistance locating a suspect involved in two fraud cases in the City of Frederick.
The suspect is making fake debit cards and North Carolina ID cards with victims' information but the suspect's photo, and using them to make large withdrawals from their bank accounts at several banks. The Frederick County Sheriff's Office also has two cases involving the same suspect. So far, this suspect has defrauded the victims for $23,500 with an additional failed attempt to steal another $5,000.
