[ARCHIVED] 2022 Spring Field/Court Reservations

Hello.  Thank you for your interest in reserving a  City of Frederick Field/Court.  Tomorrow is the first day of Spring season (March 1 - July 31st).  This spring we instituted a new registration/scheduling process, which we hope will very soon reduce or eliminate the "gray area/questionable" time between application and final scheduling/permitting as well as provide more prompt invoicing.   The goal is to have all schedules completed by March 15th.  Please note that we all have the same goal of getting the players on the fields/courts as soon as possible and finalizing  schedules.  To allow more efficient processing, please read the information posted on our website at  Most or all questions should be answered by reading this information.  If you still have questions after reading the posted information, please email me at  I am working hard to get the fields / courts scheduled as quickly as possible.  To make better use of staff time and resources, please do not leave multiple messages about the same issue, or contact multiple staff persons, as this slows down processing for everyone.   I work to identify field/court scheduling conflicts first, and then work on approving the other requests.  Please do not access your account and make any changes until after the initial scheduling has been completed by me.  Registration and accessing accounts is at:

Applicants who have submitted their application via the new registration system, ALONG WITH a valid certificate of insurance which meets the City's requirements, may begin utilizing the field/courts requested.  Please note, however, that the schedules are incomplete at this time, and so multiple leagues may show up at the field/courts.   Historic users have first priority on field/court scheduling.   Make sure that you signed up for field closure notifications via our website.   PLEASE be patient, and understanding as I work to confirm schedules.  Remember, the goal is to get people physically active and to have fun.   Please be kind to everyone.  I am optimistic and hoping that the weather and Covid metrics will cooperate so that we all have a more "normal/regular" season.   Thank you for your patronage.
