Please check your accounts, and if you have reservations for Easter Sunday (April 17), and you do not intend to use them, you must cancel before April 10th, or you will be invoiced. To cancel (must be seven days prior), access your account. Select the tab on top right of screen "My Account." The third option on left side is cancellations. Also, check to ensure that you have submitted a certificate of insurance valid for all dates of reservations in the amount of one million, 2 million aggregate listing The City of Frederick/101 N Court St/Frederick/MD/21701 as certificate holder and additional insured. Your organization does NOT have permission to be using the field without valid insurance. Leagues which have a shed or concession stand, must submit the agreements by April 30th.
