[ARCHIVED] Hayward Rd camera site

INCIDENT/ INFORMATION:
The City of Frederick Safe Speed Program would like to announce the implementation of another camera site. The newest camera will be located westbound on Hayward and will begin operation on Monday November 21, 2011.

As a reminder, the site will be active from 6 a.m. until 8 p.m. Monday through Friday and will begin recording violations when a vehicle’s speed reaches 12 m.p.h. over the posted speed limit of 25 m.p.h. The fine for a violation is $40.00 and it is a civil violation which means that no points will be assessed against your driving record.
