The Frederick Police Department is asking for the public’s help in identifying a vehicle involved in a recent robbery incident. On May 10, 2023, at approximately 5:46 PM, officers from the Frederick Police Department responded to an incident in the vicinity of Hillcrest Drive and Lancaster Place in Frederick City, where a robbery occurred.
During the incident, the suspect used force against a woman and her juvenile daughter while stealing the woman’s purse. The suspect, described as a white male with a goatee and arm tattoos, fled the scene in a black 2008-2017 Mitsubishi Lancer with an unknown license plate.
The victims involved in this case received medical attention from EMS for minor injuries and were subsequently released from the scene.
