Members of the Frederick Police Department's Downtown Unit arrested Andrew James Gamble for littering in the area of 501 N. East St.
On 07/20/12 at approximately 2134 Hrs members of the Frederick Police Department's Downtown Unit were conducting surveillance in the area of 501 N. East Street due to complaints from the property manager and businesses related to panhandling, littering, and alcohol offenses. After a short time officers saw an individual, who was identified as Andrew James Gamble, litter. Gamble was subsequently contacted by OFC K. Jones, arrested, and transported to central booking for processing without incident.
