Mayor Michael O’Connor is excited to announce the establishment of an Equity & Inclusion Splash Grant to provide funding to local nonprofit organizations in the City of Frederick that address the interests and needs of diverse communities, particularly in the areas of inclusive hiring and recruiting, workforce practices, equitable service offerings, and resource allocation or policy.

The Equity & Inclusion Splash Grant application opens on Wednesday, November 8, 2023.

"In our diverse and vibrant community, it has never been more critical that we prioritize equity and inclusion in all aspects of our governance.
