Homicide/Shooting
Detectives, Officers, and Crime Scene Techs remain on the scene

On 09-30-12 at approx 1:53 am the Frederick Police Department received calls for shots fired in the 100 Blk of West All Saints Street. Upon arriving in the area, Officers discovered a male victim in Mullenix Alley, adjacent to West All Saints Street with multiple gunshot wounds. The victim was transported to Frederick Memorial Hospital where he was pronounced dead. Detectives, Officers, and Crime Scene Techs remain on the scene at this time and the investigation is continuing. The male victim will not be identified until proper notification of family members. Further details will be released by Lt. Clark Pennington, Commander of the Criminal Investigations Division as they become available.
