The Frederick Police Department has identified the victim of this morning’s homicide as Lamont George-Lee Ellis, a 36 year old male, from the 3700 block of Hope Commons Cir. in Frederick, MD.
This case is actively being investigated by the Criminal Investigations Division of the Frederick Police Department.
