OFC Loftis of the Frederick Police Department's Street Crimes Unit arrested Joseph E. Washington (DOB 08/08/1992) for trespassing.
On 10/05/12 at approximately 0100 hrs members of the Frederick Police Department's Street Crimes Unit were on foot patrol in the area of Country Hill Apartments. OFC Loftis noticed Joseph E. Washington on the property. Washington was recently trespassed from this location. Washington was arrested and transported to central booking for processing without incident.
